Services
FCJ Graphics provides creative services including, but not limited to, social media design, branding and visual identity, printed artwork, merchandise design, and digital artwork such as album and promotional visuals.
All work is custom-made based on client requests.
Orders & Payments
All orders are processed after full payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Quotes are non-binding and valid for 14 days.
FCJ Graphics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Design & Ownership
All designs remain the property of FCJ Graphics until full payment has been completed.
After payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights. Ownership rights (copyright) remain with FCJ Graphics unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
FCJ Graphics reserves the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Revisions
Revisions are included only within the scope agreed upon before the start of the project.
Additional changes or requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional costs.
Third-Party Production
FCJ Graphics may arrange production of physical products (such as clothing, posters, or merchandise) through third-party suppliers.
FCJ Graphics is not responsible for:
Printing errors made by third parties
Minor color variations or material differences
Delays caused by production or shipping partners
Shipping
All physical products are made to order.
Estimated production time is between 3–10 business days. Shipping times vary depending on location and may take between 3–20 business days.
FCJ Graphics is not responsible for shipping delays, customs processing, or additional import fees.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of services and products, the following applies:
Custom design services are non-refundable once work has started. No refunds will be issued after delivery.
Custom-made physical products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact FCJ Graphics within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. A replacement or appropriate solution will be offered.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU law, consumers normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
This right does not apply to:
Custom-made or personalized products
Digital services once performance has started with customer consent
By placing an order, the customer agrees to waive this right where applicable.
Liability
All information on this website is provided with care. However, FCJ Graphics is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website or its content.
FCJ Graphics is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of income resulting from the use of its services or products.
Privacy
FCJ Graphics collects and processes personal data only as necessary to provide services and improve the website.
This may include name, email address, communication content, IP address, and website usage data.
